I've been using them for several months now and they are the best host i've worked with. I've used siteground, 1 and 1, and several others.They make a point of not overloading their servers like most other budget hosts do, which means extremely fast load times for development and the end user of the site.
There are some great coupon codes available for them as well. I used the code "50offlife" and my hosting account is half off every month for as long as I keep it.
And of course they have automated Joomla installs and upgrades through the website control panel. I use Joomla on every site I have hosted with them. Working in the control panel loads faster then any of the hosts I mentioned above...basically zero loading time.
