Excellent service! I've been with Siteground now for over a year, and I just keep getting surprised by how fast and efficient their customer service is! I really can't understand all the bitching about this, as every time I've asked for help, I've received it in less than an hour, sometimes as fast as five minutes! If I were to make any complaints, they would be about inodes and shared server speed. But certainly not any reason to walk away. And at the prices, I can't really work up a genuine complaint. Great service! And no, I'm not associated with Siteground in any way, except for being client.
