I really recommend you Host Gator for many different reasons.
I have read many blog posts about how great and easy was to have your joomla site hosted with them.
So I went ahead and gave them a try and so far I'm enjoying their services and have not experienced any problems.
And using the Fantastico software to up-load and set up Joomla was easier than I thought it was going to be.
